Integrity Scholarship for High School Student Athletes
The legacy of Michael Ray Lee lives on through a scholarship designed to honor Mike's commitments, interests, and heart for student athletics. Mike lived his life under the ideals of dedication to a strong work ethic in both academics and athletics; being positive, friendly and welcoming to others; and most importantly, the personal quality of integrity. This quality is the focus for the scholarship that bears his name.
Michael (April 28, 1992-December 22, 2020), was educated in Greeley’s WCSD #6 and the Colorado School of Mines in Petroleum Engineering. Along with his commitment to a strenuous academic schedule, Mike pursued his passion for golf at both the high school and collegiate levels, becoming a distinguished amateur golfer, earning many titles and recognitions.

Scholarship Details
Two $5,000 scholarships will be awarded.
One $2,500 scholarship will be awarded.
Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the college or university.
Application Process
1. Complete the scholarship application.
2. Write essay (500 words) using this prompt: What does integrity mean to you and how do you show it in your daily life?
3. Submit a copy of your transcript.
4. Submit two letters of recommendation, preferably from a teacher, coach, employer, etc.
5. Application, essay, and submissions are due by April 11, 2025 to either the address below or email your completed application to jlee@michaelraylee.com.

6. Scholarship recipients and their parents will be honored guests at the 5th Annual ‘Mike Lee Memorial Golf Tournament’ banquet held at the Aims Welcome Center on June 6, 2025.
